Unreal Engine 3D Environmental Artist
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about crafting immersive worlds and telling stories through environments? Otisco Studios is looking for an Environmental Artist Intern to create beautiful, believable assets and environments.
Responsibilities
Model and texture environmental assets (modular cave pieces, props, terrain features)
Utilize trim sheets and efficient UV mapping to optimize assets for performance
Collaborate with the team to dress levels and convey narrative through environment design
Optimize assets for Unreal Engine and test them in-game
Give and receive feedback in a supportive and collaborative workflow
Experience
Strong understanding of 3D modeling (Blender, Maya, etc.) and texturing workflows
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and PBR texturing
Familiarity with trim sheets, low-poly optimization, and modular asset design
An eye for composition, lighting, and environmental storytelling
Experience with terrain sculpting and foliage workflows a plus
Portfolio showcasing environment/prop work is required
What You’ll Do:
Create modular cave kits and props for an immersive exploration experience
Implement and test assets in-engine, working closely with level designers

Unreal Engine Programmer Generalist
Job Summary:
Do you love solving technical challenges and building innovative gameplay systems? Otisco Studios is seeking a Programmer Generalist Intern to join our development team and help bring our upcoming games to life. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on a variety of systems — from core gameplay to UI to tools — and contribute meaningfully to a real project.
Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining gameplay systems using Unreal Engine (Blueprints and/or C++)
Help implement game features, such as UI, player mechanics, and enemy AI
Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to bring features to life
Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and polish systems for release
Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Contribute creative ideas and problem-solving skills to improve the player experience
Experience:
Basic understanding of Unreal Engine (Blueprints required, C++ a major plus)
Some experience with version control (e.g., Git, Perforce)
Solid foundation in game logic, systems thinking, and debugging

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging posts that promote our brand and products.
Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement metrics, and audience feedback.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
Support e-commerce initiatives by creating promotional materials for online campaigns.
Capture high-quality photographs for use in social media and marketing materials.
Help maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely posting of updates.
Experience
