FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Purchases within the Services are final and non-refundable. Virtual Goods and In-App Purchases are subject to the payment terms of the platform used (e.g., Apple iOS, Steam). Otisco Studios reserves the right to manage or modify Virtual Goods without liability.

DURATION

These Terms remain effective unless modified by Otisco Studios.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Otisco Studios does not guarantee continuous access to the Services, which may be interrupted for reasons within or beyond our control.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
